Applicant must sign their lease within 48 hours to qualify for waived application and admin fees. Offer applies only after the lease is fully signed and approved. Offer valid for the next ten (10) approved referral leases only. Referred prospect must identify the referring resident before lease execution and meet all application, approval, and move-in requirements. Referral bonus will be issued after the referred resident has moved in and satisfied all program requirements. Referring resident must be in good standing with the community at the time of payout.
